ππππππ ππππππππ Letβs sweat it out π¦ This week weβre gonna get our hearts pumpinβ! Hereβs how the workout flows: Set a running clock, at 3.2.1GO! Youβre going to begin the workout by doing 30 Dumbbell Push-Presses, followed by a 200 OR 400 meter run depending on the level you are following. Once youβre done with your run youβll pick the dumbbells back up, do 20 Dumbbell Push Presses, and then head out for your run, then 10 Push Presses, and your final run.
